A special Old Timers' dedicated in memory of our fearless leader, Lowell Lee Scott. A man who had a vision of how a little river town should look and act and then implemented it with all of his creativity and passion. His passing was a huge loss for many, for he took with him his uncanny sense of humor, ingenuity, and raw wisdom. He is missed, so we will celebrate with him in mind for this 46th Old Timers' Day.
